Yesterday was Mother's Day in the US. I got my b'fast in bed, wonderful handmade cards and gifts, and a lovely BBQ dinner. While I was reading cards from my 5 & 7 year olds, I remembered a time when they were little enough to rock to sleep. That time is long gone, but they will always be my sweet babies.

Hubs and each of my 2 adult kids got me a hydrangea and I only said once (when shopping with son and saw them) I wanted one! Took MIL to lunch at Ruby Tuesday's. all 3 generations at one table in a crowded restaurant and everyone happy; maybe a first, son's autism sometimes interferes at places and circumstances like that. Great day.
